Describe your experience with Optimum Solutions.
It’s been very good, we were able to be more hands on than we were in the past, to me that makes many jobs a lot easier. The cost savings we have had been tremendous. Also, it is so user friendly. It’s not the scary monster in the room when we have brought in a new employee; it’s a very easy transition into Optimum.
What has been your experience with Optimum Solutions support staff?
I find that their customer service is outstanding. If you have any questions you are able to call your Optimum Rep and walk you through, you need to do this and this. The follow up they have, per our conversation, this is what we talked about. You always have notes from every conversation you have had with something at Optimum. It’s been so nice working with a company that says, we might not get this done today but we’re going to figure out a way to get it completely done or meet somewhere that this product is going to work for you. I think that is how they treat all of their customers, it seems like a family based company, that’s what we are—and I think they treat their customers like part of their family. I can’t say enough about their follow up and their support—it’s been very very good.
