I can’t begin to tell you what a great comfort it was knowing our vendor and it’s employees were putting our needs first. I have always been a fan of Optimum and the staff there but this extra care and concern was above and beyond normal Customer Service.
I just wanted to say that your support team is the best. Our Support Representative does a great job for us and I just wanted to say thanks for the continued support.
Please express my appreciation to those individuals responsible for the Time & Attendance upgrade. I completed the upgrade today and everything went EXACTLY as documented.

This is so much faster than our previous payroll system and the Time and Attendance allows our supervisors to be able to manage their own departments which has saved so much time for HR and Payroll to do other things.
Optimum is a unique payroll, hr and time and attendance software company...the software is easily used and the customer support is always on top of issues.
Your support staff is phenomenal….I have had a couple of issues that our support specialist has handled for us rapidly and efficiently….she is a real asset to your great support group….Please know that your support is second to none…..Thanks for all you do.
We have a union piece-work incentive work shop, so we have our own custom programs that fit with Optimum Solutions’ system and the process was easier than expected.
Since the implementation of these products, we have improved productivity, reduced errors, and eliminated downtime.
Software is pretty easy to use. Customer service helps with any problems.
I like that Optimum takes customer comments into consideration and sometimes incorporates those suggestions into future updates

Once again, I think Optimum support for payroll and time attendance is terrific. I have no complaints at all. In fact, I daresay that, out of all the software that Fair-Rite products has that deals with support, Optimum has one of the best if not the best support.

My experience with Optimum has been nothing but outstanding. Their support staff has always gone out of their way to assist in my operations, sspecially in keeping me up to date with payroll changes and using Optimum in the most efficient manner. They have made my life easy in a complex and constantly changing environment.
This software is easily integrated with our other applications, for they have an awesome programming team who can make customization easily. Most companies do not allow or offer this level of flexibility.
Speed of our payroll processing has increased. The transfer of data from Timekeeping to Payroll Processing is simple and efficient. The HR side of the system is very user friendly and has a large array of reports to choose from. On a daily basis I enjoy how easy it is to maneuver around in and enter data quickly.
Optimum is easy to learn and customer support is always quick to get back to me. They make you feel like you are the only customer, even though your not.
We are amazed at the features the software has to offer. I am so glad we went with Optimum Solutions, Inc.

Have used this software for over 18 years and have always felt their customer service support is excellent. I changed the platform to their Windows series in 2010 and love how user friendly it is.
You really know your stuff and take the time to explain all aspects of the system, even things that we may not be using right now.
We love the ability to keep our payroll/human resources in-house as we manage 650+ employees in a multi-state environment. No need for 3rd party vendors in any arena. The payroll/hr/time&attendance modules all integrate very nicely, are easy to use and we can get what we need done with a very small staff.
After 38 years of payroll experience this is a top notch product, we have used this program for over 10 years now and could not be happier. It gives you all the information you need and then some.

Of the three software companies I deal with, Optimum’s support is by far the best in responsiveness, knowledge, and helpfulness.
I have found this product easy to use and understand. The support staff is always friendly and very helpful. I have never had an issue that they have not been able to explain or resolve. Very happy with the product and the service.

From my experience the support is a 5! I can always rely on getting the highest of quality help when we have asked for it.
I would like to compliment our support representative and let others at Optimum know how good of job that she does with Customer Support. She remembers situations that we have called in on for support that will end up impacting our quarterly reports a couple months later. I don't even remember them but she does. We appreciate the good job she does.
The software offers us many ways to store, obtain, and report data. Optimum solutions has been very patient and available to answer our questions.
This software has cut a lot of time and human error in our processing!

Solid Software / Great Vendor
Optimum's support department has set the bar that I compare all other software support vendors to. And we use many as we have so many different software packages in place. And believe me, none of them even come close to the support provided by your support department members.
The product is better than any that we have used previously. The staff is wonderful.
Everyone we have worked with has been very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the product.
