All encompassing software tool that keeps things very accurate and detailed. I have not had to increase my Payroll staff in over 10 years even though our employee count has nearly doubled in all that time.
Good product for small or large company
I want to thank each of you for your assistance with our W-2 processing. I was able to balance to the penny for all employees.

All payroll programs are very easy to use. Extensive and diversified reports for all tax reporting and support team very helpful.
Customer Service is top notch. They are always there to help. I don't know where I would be in the learning curve if it hadn't been for my representative's willingness to always help out when needed.
This software is overall very reliable and accurate. I would definitely recommend it.
Vendor is always very helpful. When my own rep is out of town, I am always very well taken care of if I have any issues. This Windows based product is very easy to use, especially after working on their Version 7.
Our first payroll is complete. Everyone has been paid on time and all the calculations were correct. I want to thank the Optimum team for helping to make this happen on schedule.
I've had a couple requests from coworkers that the Optimum team take over another system. I think they're just jealous how great I have it working with Optimum!

Great customer support. I have enjoyed the annual conferences as well and Optimum is very good about keeping us up-to-date on things like tax changes.
The software gives you a multitude of information, more than I ever had in our previous system. Do not be overwhelmed with everything it can do. it is awesome!

Optimum has simplified our payroll and payroll reporting process. You have a valuable product, problems are quickly resolved, and customer reps are knowledgeable and helpful. Our Treasurer has confidence in your product and that says a lot for the product as far as I’m concerned.
Once again, I think Optimum support for payroll and time attendance is terrific. I have no complaints at all. In fact, I daresay that, out of all the software that Fair-Rite products has that deals with support, Optimum has one of the best if not the best support.
All of the information we need is right at our fingertips. I am confident that the teams at Optimum will continue to prosper and grow while providing accurate payroll updates and information.
I have been very pleased with Optimum. I mainly work with the payroll section of Optimum and have found it to be easy to generate the payrolls. When I have had problems, the support team has been extremely helpful.

My experience with Optimum has been nothing but outstanding. Their support staff has always gone out of their way to assist in my operations, sspecially in keeping me up to date with payroll changes and using Optimum in the most efficient manner. They have made my life easy in a complex and constantly changing environment.
We have used Optimum for almost 10 years, and I love that I have experts in the payroll field just an email or phone call away. With all the changes that happen each year in payroll reporting and processing, it's good to know that my submissions to Federal and State agencies will always be accurate.
The only thing better than the Optimum Solutions payroll program is the people that support the product.
We use the provided tax summary reports to summarize the required tax payments which we process through EFTPS, which takes less than 15 minutes each payroll for all companies combined.
[Optimum's] proactive approach allowed Norfolk Iron to send the 1095-C forms to all employees at the same time we sent the W-2s, where other payroll vendors and companies were still wondering how to comply with this process.
This software was chosen because I can control the input and processing of my payrolls. There is no waiting for reports or tax filings. I wanted a product that was in-house rather than on the internet.
I have been using this software for 7 years and find Optimum and its staff wonderful to work with.

The best part of optimum solutions is that it prints the vendor/payee checks during the payroll process. Also it prints all of the tax forms.

I’m very impressed with Optimum Year End processing and W-2 process and instructions! Very easy and instructions were perfect to follow!
The software offers us many ways to store, obtain, and report data. Optimum solutions has been very patient and available to answer our questions.
There is a report for anything you want or need and they make saving electronically as simple as printing to hardcopy, so I save more than I print and that is a plus all the way around.
I have implemented other payroll packages, and Optimum is far and away the best package I have seen or used.
His customer service skills have gone above and beyond our expectations and he has provided the answers to our needs each and every time.

It has been an improvement from our previous payroll system. There have been time savings for processing things such as T4′s.
We are on a weekly payroll for 1,500+ employees. I feel that Optimum Payroll has definitely cut our processing time in half.
Running Payroll in Optimum is FUN!
Speed of our payroll processing has increased. The transfer of data from Timekeeping to Payroll Processing is simple and efficient. The HR side of the system is very user friendly and has a large array of reports to choose from. On a daily basis I enjoy how easy it is to maneuver around in and enter data quickly.
Have used this software for over 18 years and have always felt their customer service support is excellent. I changed the platform to their Windows series in 2010 and love how user friendly it is.
As you know we use the Payroll and Time & Attendance daily, I would highly recommend it to anyone!
I would recommend this system to any size firm who wants to simplify their payroll and human resources.
Support is always there when I need them and to date we have had only minor ‘user’ problems.

This software is so much more than what we had before. There are more reports available, processing of payroll is much easier, less work. The task of accumulating all of the information for the install was stressful, but the pay off was well worth it!
We love the ability to keep our payroll/human resources in-house as we manage 650+ employees in a multi-state environment. No need for 3rd party vendors in any arena. The payroll/hr/time&attendance modules all integrate very nicely, are easy to use and we can get what we need done with a very small staff.
After 38 years of payroll experience this is a top notch product, we have used this program for over 10 years now and could not be happier. It gives you all the information you need and then some.
She has always been very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and OH SO PATIENT!!! If she didn’t have the answer to my problem, which has been very rare, she always contacted someone to help me. What an asset she must be to Optimum Solutions!!

My experience with this software has been great. There are always new things to learn. I recommend going to the conference every year since the software is always changing and you can find more way to utilize it.
This is so much faster than our previous payroll system and the Time and Attendance allows our supervisors to be able to manage their own departments which has saved so much time for HR and Payroll to do other things.
Optimum is easy to learn and customer support is always quick to get back to me. They make you feel like you are the only customer, even though your not.
You really know your stuff and take the time to explain all aspects of the system, even things that we may not be using right now.
