The HRIS Issue
Atrium Living Centers is in the healthcare industry and manages a collection of nursing homes. With 4,500 employees at over 40 locations, the payroll department must process multiple pay types and follow many different state regulations. She says she uses the tax report, check history report, birthday and anniversary-by-month reports the most frequently. The high number of different reports help Atrium easily and efficiently process payroll for all 44 of their locations. In addition, the reports are easily customizable if an existing report does not fulfill the companies requirements.
