I appreciate that they stay on top of current events related to Payroll and HR, and software modifications to keep in compliance (such as Tax changes) are ready in a timely fashion. We re-evaluate software frequently here, and we have not found anything else that we think would serve our needs as well.
Deployment & Integration
Optimum HR is available as a cloud-based SaaS solution or as a web-enabled in house software for both Microsoft Windows & IBM i (AS/400, iSeries, and System i) platforms. This software is a stand-alone application, but Optimum HR really shines when integrated with our other applications and modules. Together, our HRIS software runs on one integrated database - keeping records current, eliminating redundant data entry, and saving you time and money.
Training & Support
We both develop and support our HR software in house - our support team is knowledgeable on both the software and the industry. You’ll be assigned a highly-trained, dedicated rep from day one.
