Did you know the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has proposed adding employee wages and hours worked to the existing EEO reporting due by September 30 of each year?
The plan is to add 1 wage range category to each of the existing Job/Ethnicity/Sec categories. The wages used would be Box 1 from Form W-2 and then the associated hours worked for these wages would also be added to the report.
