Pittsburgh, PA Paid Sick Leave Ordinance Ruled Invalid

Pittsburgh ordinance (2015-1825) was signed August 13, 2015 and was to take effect January 11, 2016.  This ordinance was to require employers to provide employees one hour of paid sick leave for every 35 hours worked.  However, this was recently ruled invalid by a court and will not take effect until a later decision has been made.
